Who is responsible

Information we process

• Website and security information: Cloudflare Pages may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP-address and browser-request data.
• Optional analytics information: after you allow analytics, Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics may process usage and device information, such as pages viewed, interaction events, browser and device characteristics, and IP-address-derived information.
• Messages you send us: if you use an email link, your email application sends us the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation, and message.

Why we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To understand aggregate interest in our services when you choose to allow analytics.
• To respond to an inquiry or discuss potential work when you contact us.

Your analytics choice

Analytics is optional. The Firebase Analytics software is not loaded until you choose Allow analytics. We store that choice in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. You can decline without losing access to the website, and you can revisit the choice at any time.

Manage analytics choice

We also respect a browser Do Not Track preference by not initializing Firebase Analytics. Your browser may provide additional controls for cookies and similar technologies.

Service providers and international processing

We use Cloudflare Pages to host and protect the site. If you opt in, we use Firebase Analytics together with Google Analytics. These providers may process information on infrastructure outside your country, as described in their own notices.

Sharing, retention, and security

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the providers needed to operate the website and analytics described above, with email providers when messages are sent, or where required to comply with law or protect our rights.

We keep inquiry messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain our business records, or meet legal obligations. Analytics retention and processing are managed through the applicable Google/Firebase services. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your requests

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email contacto@whitepencilconsulting.com. We may need enough information to verify and process your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
